Any advice on choosing the best CPU for multitasking? I've heard that Intel has some great options, like the Core i7-10700K and the Core i5-13600.

I have been using the Intel Core i7-10700K for a while now, and it's fantastic for multitasking. It has 8 cores and a 16 MB L3 cache, which helps with handling multiple tasks simultaneously without any lag or slowdowns. Plus, the support for DDR4 with a max stock speed of 2933 MHz is a big plus.
