Intel Core i5-14400F vs. i5-9600K for Multitasking?

I'm trying to decide between the Intel Core i5-14400F and i5-9600K for my next build, and I'm specifically looking for advice on multitasking. Can anyone share their thoughts on which one would be better for this use case?
