I recently read an article about Intel CPUs for video editing. Intel Core i5-13400F vs. Intel Core i9-9900K It's worth checking out for more detailed information.

For general usage, both CPUs are great, but if you're looking specifically at video editing, then the Intel Core i5-13400F is a better option due to its higher L3 cache and better DDR support. Check out this TechReviewer article Intel Core i5-13400F vs. Intel Core i9-9900K for more information.

I see, but what about overclocking? Which one offers better overclocking support?

The Core i9-9900K has better overclocking support compared to the Core i5-13400F, but if you're mostly doing video editing, the additional L3 cache and DDR support on the Core i5-13400F should make a significant difference in performance.
