Intel Core i5-12600KF vs. i7-12700K for Video Editing

I've been looking at the Intel Core i5-12600KF and the Core i7-12700K for video editing purposes, and I'm not sure which one to choose. Can anyone provide some insights on these two CPUs? Any advice would be helpful.
