Intel Core i5-11600K vs. Intel Core i7-11700K in Video Editing?

I'm planning to buy a new computer and I need some advice. I'm interested in doing video editing as a hobby, so I'd like to know which CPU is better for this purpose: the Intel Core i5-11600K or the Intel Core i7-11700K? Any recommendations?
