Intel Core i5-11400F vs. Intel Core i9-9900K for Video Editing

I've been trying to decide between the Intel Core i5-11400F and Intel Core i9-9900K for video editing. Can you guys give me some insight on which one is better for this purpose? I'm currently using a Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus (1TB) as my primary storage.
