Intel Core i3-14100F vs. Intel Core i7-12700KF for Video Editing

I'm considering buying a new CPU for video editing purposes, and I'm stuck between the Intel Core i3-14100F and the Intel Core i7-12700KF. Can anyone give me some advice on which one would be better for my needs?
