Intel Core i3-14100 vs. Intel Core i9-11900K - Comparison?

Any advice on the best CPU for a new computer build? I'm looking at either the Intel Core i3-14100 or the Intel Core i9-11900K, but I'm not sure which one is better for gaming and general use.
