Intel Core i3-14100 vs. i9-13900F: Better Integrated Graphics?

I'm trying to decide between the Intel Core i3-14100 and i9-13900F for my new computer build, but I'm specifically looking for better integrated graphics. Can you guys help me out with some advice?
