Intel Core i3-12100F vs. Intel Core i5-9600KF for Video Editing?

I'm planning to build a new PC and need some advice. I want to use it primarily for video editing, and I've been looking at the Intel Core i3-12100F and Intel Core i5-9600KF CPUs. Can anyone recommend which one would be better for my needs? Also, has anyone tried overclocking the 9600KF?
