I'm looking to get a new CPU for my gaming setup and was wondering if the Intel Core i3-10300T is any good. Has anyone used it or can give me some advice?
Intel Core i3-10300T for Gaming?

Yeah, I've been using the i3-10300T for a few months now. It works great for my basic needs but I'm not sure about its performance in more graphics-intensive games.
There's an article on TechReviewer that talks about this CPU specifically for gaming. You can check it out at Is the Core i3-10300T CPU Good for Gaming?. Basically, the i3-10300T has 4 cores which is alright but the L3 cache and base frequency could be better for gaming.
Thanks for the link @Imaginebeingamish! So you're saying that even though the 4 cores are okay, the low L3 cache and base frequency might hinder performance in games?
That's what I gathered from the article. The i3-10300T has a good single-core turbo boost frequency which is helpful but overall it seems like there are better options out there for gaming.
I agree with @SoccerStar. If you're serious about gaming, I would recommend checking out some of the Ryzen 5000 series CPUs. They have much higher core counts and better performance in games.
Good to know! So it seems like the i3-10300T might not be the best choice for gaming. Thanks everyone for your input!
