Integrated Graphics Intel Core i7-14700 vs. i9-10900K?

Hey, I'm looking into getting a new CPU and came across the Intel Core i7-14700 and i9-10900K. Anyone have any experience with these or thoughts on which one is better for gaming?

I've been using the i7-14700 for a few months now and it's worked great! It handles my games without any issues, and I don't really notice any lag or stuttering.
