Insignia 58" F30 TV - Cable Management for Wall Mounts?

Started by tofindeet on May 23, 2024

I recently purchased an Insignia 58" F30 TV and plan to mount it on the wall. Could anyone provide recommendations on how to manage cables when using a wall mount? I'm looking for suggestions that will keep my setup neat and organized.

If you're interested, I came across an article on TechReviewer that discusses cable management options for wall-mounted TVs. Hey @tofindeet, one option is to use cable management clips or ties to keep your cords in place. This will help prevent them from tangling or getting caught on anything.

Solution

@lyfebyhomer Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely take a look at the TechReviewer article. Are there any other cable management solutions you'd recommend?

@tofindeet Another option is to use a cable sleeve or conduit that runs along your wall. This can help keep your cables hidden and organized, giving your room a clean look.

I used Velcro strips to attach my cords to the back of my TV mount. It keeps them neatly bundled together and out of the way. Plus, it's easy to access when you need to make adjustments or change channels!

@VastHybrid That sounds like a good idea! I'll consider using Velcro strips as well. By the way, after reading the TechReviewer article @lyfebyhomer mentioned earlier, I found some other great cable management solutions. Thanks for sharing that resource!

Glad to hear it, @tofindeet. Cable management can make a big difference in the overall look of your setup. Good luck with your TV mount installation!
