Ideal Height Adjustment for 49" XG49WCR Monitor?

I recently purchased a 49" Asus XG49WCR monitor, and I'm trying to figure out the ideal height adjustment for it. Has anyone had experience with this specific model or similar ultra-wide monitors? Any advice would be helpful!
