What about air coolers or liquid coolers? Have you decided on the type of cooler you want?
I've been looking into both types, but I'm still undecided. Any suggestions would help!
I recently bought the Enermax Liqmax III 360 for my i7-14700 and it's been working great! It's a liquid cooler and it keeps my CPU cool without any noise issues. The TechReviewer article Choosing the Best CPU Cooler for Intel's Core i7-14700 has some good insights on choosing the best CPU cooler, including this one. You might find it helpful.
Thanks for sharing your experience, @Dizmatiz. How do you like the Enermax Liqmax III 360 in terms of size and noise levels?
That sounds interesting. What about air coolers? Are they a good alternative to liquid coolers for an i7-14700?
I've used the Noctua NH-D15 as an air cooler with my i7-14700, and it has served me well. It's quieter than many other air coolers I've tried, but it might be a bit pricier than some options out there.
That's good to know, @tigbits97. What are your thoughts on the size of the Noctua NH-D15? Does it fit comfortably in most cases?
Thank you all for your input. It seems like both the Enermax Liqmax III 360 and the Noctua NH-D15 are great options for an i7-14700. I'll have to read the TechReviewer article Choosing the Best CPU Cooler for Intel's Core i7-14700 that @Dizmatiz mentioned earlier to help me make a decision.
Great, @LoveSlaine. Just remember to consider factors like noise levels, size compatibility, and budget when making your choice. Good luck with your search!
Absolutely, @SamuraiShareef! And don't forget to check if the cooler you choose is compatible with the LGA 1700 socket.
Thanks for all the advice, everyone. I'll keep these factors in mind and make my decision soon!
I'm glad I could help, @LoveSlaine. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask! Good luck with your new cooler!
