Ideal 8GB DDR4 RAM for Intel Core i3-10300T?

Started by ArjunVishwanath on May 11, 2024

I'm in the market for some new RAM to pair with my Intel Core i3-10300T CPU. What's the best option for an 8GB DDR4 RAM that won't break the bank? Any recommendations?

You're welcome, @ArjunVishwanath. And yes, it's always a good idea to read up on user reviews before making your final decision. The TechReviewer article Best RAM for the Intel Core i3-10300T CPU also has more information on other options for consideration. Good luck with your search!

Based on TechReviewer article Best RAM for the Intel Core i3-10300T CPU, the best RAM for your CPU would be the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4 with a 2666 MHz clock speed and CL16 timings. It's not only compatible with Intel processors but also offers sufficient memory capacity for gaming, content creation, and video editing.

Thanks for the suggestion @BillFromAccounting7. I was more referring to an 8GB option since that's all I need right now. Any recommendations within that range?

If you're looking for a good 8GB DDR4 RAM, I'd recommend the Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 C16. It has a higher clock speed than the one @BillFromAccounting7 mentioned and should still offer great performance without costing too much.

That sounds good! Thanks for the advice, @goodscalp. I'm just trying to find something that will help me with gaming and some light content creation without spending a fortune. Do you think this Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB DDR4-3200 C16 would be sufficient?

It's great to see the community coming together for tech advice! @BillFromAccounting7 and @goodscalp have provided some excellent options for you, but I'd like to mention that if you're open to a slightly older model, the G.Skill Ripjaws V 8 GB DDR4-2400 C16 is also a solid choice. It's more budget-friendly while still offering decent performance.

@talileota. I appreciate the input! I'm starting to see there are quite a few good options out there for the Intel Core i3-10300T CPU. I'll have to do some further research and maybe check out some reviews on those RAM modules you've suggested.
