i7-14700F vs. i7-13700 Performance Differences?

I'm trying to decide between the i7-14700F and i7-13700 for my new build. Can you share some insights on the performance differences?

Both CPUs are excellent performers, but the 14700F does have a higher core count (20) and thread count (28), as well as a larger L3 cache (33 MB). These factors may provide slightly better performance in certain tasks.
