Hisense 40A4K TV HDMI Ports and Versions?

Started by jaekupus on May 06, 2024

I recently bought a Hisense 40-inch 40A4K TV and I'm looking to buy an HDMI cable that suits it. Can anyone suggest the best HDMI cable compatible with this TV?

Just as an additional note, the Hisense 40" 40A4K TV has one HDMI 2.1 port and one HDMI 2.0 port, so you'll want to make sure your cable is compatible with both versions. I found a TechReviewer article HDMI Capabilities of the Hisense 40" 40A4K TV that discusses this in more detail.

The Anker 8K HDMI 2.1 Cable (6.6 ft) is a great choice for your Hisense 40" 40A4K TV. It's durable and supports high-resolution video formats like 4K, 8K, and even up to 10K.

I've been using the Monoprice 8K 48Gbps Certified Braided Ultra High Speed HDMI 2.1 Cable with my Hisense 40A4K TV for a few months now, and it's working perfectly fine. It's also quite affordable compared to other cables in the market.

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone! The Anker 8K HDMI 2.1 Cable looks great, and @trowerend, your experience with the Monoprice cable gives me confidence in its quality too. I'll check both of these out before making my decision. Any other recommendations?

Another option to consider is the AmazonBasics Ultra High-Speed HDMI Cable (6ft). It's quite affordable and supports up to 18 Gbps data transfer rates, which should be more than enough for your Hisense 40A4K TV.

I've also heard good things about the BlueRigger Premium Certified HDMI Cable. It's a high-speed cable that supports HDR, 3D, and HDCP 2.2, making it compatible with most modern TVs, including the Hisense 40" 40A4K.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'll definitely look into these options and make sure to get an HDMI cable that's both high-quality and budget-friendly. I appreciate everyone's help!

You're welcome, @jaekupus! Happy viewing with your new Hisense TV!
