High TDP Needed for Ryzen 7 5700X Content Creation?

I've been thinking about building a new PC for content creation, and I'm considering the AMD Ryzen 7 5700X. Does anyone have experience with this CPU in terms of its performance under heavy workloads like video editing or streaming? How does its TDP affect the system cooling requirements?
