I'm looking to upgrade my workstation and was wondering if the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo is a good choice? Has anyone used it?

Yeah, I've been using the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo for a while now. It's working great for me! There's a good article with an overview of it at Overview: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 32 GB DDR5-6000 CL32 RAM. You might find it helpful.

That's super useful! It looks like the refresh rate is 6000 MHz, which seems like it'd be great for gaming and high-end workstations.

I've also been using the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo in my workstation and it's performed really well. The 6000 MHz speed definitely helps with resource-intensive tasks, especially when running multiple applications simultaneously.

I agree with @livewithrichard. The memory timings aren't the best (CL32), but for the most part, they haven't caused any issues. It's not as fast as some other options out there, but it still does a great job overall.

Thanks for sharing your experiences! I'm leaning towards getting this RAM, but would like to know if anyone has had issues with overheating or stability?

I haven't experienced any overheating or stability issues with the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo in my workstation. However, it might be a good idea to invest in some cooling solutions if you're planning on overclocking or running demanding tasks for extended periods.

Good advice, @FreeCitoyen. I'll definitely keep that in mind. Thanks for all the input, guys!

No problem, @kresler27! Let us know how it goes once you've set up your new workstation with the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo.

Will do, thanks again!
