Faster Multitasking CPU: i5-13400 or i9-12900KF?

I'm looking for a new CPU, and I'm trying to decide between the i5-13400 and the i9-12900KF. Any recommendations?

Both CPUs are great, but if you're going to do lots of multitasking, the i9-12900KF has more cores, which can help with that.
