Efficient Multitasking CPU: i3-12100F or i5-11400F?

CPU INTEL 12100F 11400F

Hey, can someone help me choose between the Intel Core i3-12100F and i5-11400F for multitasking purposes? I'm not sure which one would be more efficient.
