Efficient Cooling Solution: Intel Core i5-14600K vs. Intel Core i7-13700F?

I'm thinking about buying a new CPU and I'm trying to decide between the Intel Core i5-14600K and the Intel Core i7-13700F. Has anyone had experience with these? Any advice would be helpful.
