Display Tech Comparison: Gigabyte 31.5" AORUS FI32U & 28" M28U?

I've been looking at these two monitors from Gigabyte and was curious if anyone has experience with them or knows which one is better. I'm thinking of getting one for my gaming setup.

Hi @McScavish, both the AORUS FI32U and M28U are excellent choices for gaming! I've been using the M28U for a few months now, and it's really improved my gaming experience. The 144Hz refresh rate and 4K resolution make everything look and feel smoother. As per this TechReviewer article Gigabyte 31.5" AORUS FI32U vs. Gigabyte 28" M28U, both these monitors have great specs, but if you're looking for a slightly faster response time, the AORUS FI32U might be the way to go with its 1ms response time compared to M28U's 2ms.

I've been using the AORUS FI32U for about a month now and it has been amazing. The colors are so vibrant, and the high refresh rate really makes a difference when gaming. I've been using the M28U for a while now and I really like it. The main difference, as @CaptainLoneStarr mentioned, is the response time, but honestly, I haven't noticed much of a difference in my gaming experience. Both monitors are great, and it ultimately comes down to personal preference.

I'm new to the forum but thought I'd share my experience. I've had both the AORUS FI32U and M28U monitors and recently switched back to the M28U after trying out the FI32U for a few months. While the response time is faster on the FI32U, I found the colors to be less accurate on it compared to the M28U. Ultimately, both are great choices but ended up coming back to the M28U for my gaming setup.
