I'm considering getting a new wall mount for my 65-inch Samsung S95C TV. Can you guys tell me the main differences between fixed and articulated mounts? I'd appreciate any advice!

I recently read an article on TechReviewer about wall mounts for 65-inch TVs like the Samsung S95C. It was really informative. You can check it out here Best Wall Mounts for the Samsung 65" S95C TV. The article covers both fixed and articulated mounts, as well as the weight and VESA size of your TV to help you make a decision.

The main difference is that fixed mounts don't offer much movement, while articulated mounts can swivel, tilt, and sometimes even move up and down. They're more versatile, but also a bit more expensive.

Yeah, the main advantage of an articulated mount is that you can adjust the TV to your viewing position, which makes it great for watching from different spots in the room or reducing glare. However, I've noticed that they can be a little tricky to install compared to fixed mounts.

Thanks for sharing that link! I'll definitely take a look at it. So, does anyone have any personal experiences with these types of mounts? Are there specific brands or models you'd recommend?

I've used an articulated mount before and I really liked the flexibility it offered. It made it easy to watch from different angles without having to move the entire TV stand. I didn't find the installation too difficult, either.

I've had good experiences with both fixed and articulated mounts. It depends on your specific needs. If you want more movement and are willing to invest a little extra time in installation, an articulated mount might be worth it. If you prefer simplicity and don't need as much flexibility, a fixed mount would probably be better.

That's true. I think the choice ultimately depends on your room layout and personal preferences. It's always important to check the compatibility of the wall mount with your TV's weight and VESA size before making a purchase.

Thanks for all the input, guys! I'll do some more research and decide what would be best for my setup.
