Differences Between Adjustable & Fixed ViewSonic XG270QG Monitor Mounts?

I'm looking for some advice on the best monitor mount to get for my new ViewSonic XG270QG. I've heard of adjustable and fixed mounts, but not sure which one would be better for me.
