Dell Alienware AW3420DW vs. LG 34GN850-B Image Quality?

I've been looking into getting a new gaming monitor and came across the Dell Alienware AW3420DW and the LG 34GN850-B. Can you give me some advice on which one would be better for image quality?

The Dell Alienware AW3420DW has a good refresh rate of 120Hz, but it has a response time of 2ms. On the other hand, the LG 34GN850-B has an even higher refresh rate of 144Hz and a faster response time of just 1ms. That being said, I would lean towards the LG 34GN850-B for gaming due to its superior performance metrics.
