I'm looking to buy RAM for my new Intel Core i5-10400F CPU and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations. Specifically, I'm curious about the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 RAM. Has anyone used it with their i5-10400F system before? Any feedback would be appreciated!

Hey @bullcitygal, I've been using the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (DDR4-2666) on my Intel Core i5-10400F for a while now, and it's been working great! The performance has been impressive, especially for gaming and video editing. You can check out this TechReviewer article Best RAM for the Intel Core i5-10400F CPU for more information on the compatibility and performance of this RAM with your CPU.
I've also used the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-2666 RAM with my i5-10400F, and it's been a good choice. It's stable and offers decent speed without breaking the bank. Just make sure you have a motherboard that supports overclocking if you plan to push the RAM beyond its stock settings.
Thanks for the input, @KsGaming2 and @shmoopsie. I was initially leaning towards the 3600MHz version of the Corsair Vengeance LPX, but after reading your experiences, I might go with the 2666MHz one. Do either of you have any experience with that specific model?
I've used both the 2666MHz and 3600MHz versions of the Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM with my i5-10400F CPU, and I can say that both work well. The lower clock speed might be a better option if you're looking for stock-speed RAM without wanting to overclock. However, if you plan on overclocking your system, the 3600MHz version could provide better performance.
Great, thanks @melonhead316. That helps me make my decision. I think I'll go with the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-2666 RAM for my i5-10400F build!
