I've been using this CPU for a while now, and it's working great! There's a good article with an overview of it at What Is the TDP of the Core i3-10320 CPU?. You might find it helpful.

Yeah, it's great for daily use. The TDP is 65 watts, which is pretty low compared to other processors. It makes it an energy-efficient choice.

That's interesting! How does the turbo boost affect its performance? And what about CPU coolers and power supplies?

The Core i3-10320 can reach a max turbo frequency of 4.60 GHz, which is quite impressive for daily use. It also means you'll need a cooler that can handle up to 90 watts during the turbo boost.

Thanks for sharing your experience, @IconistSF! The article you mentioned looks really useful. It also talks about choosing the right cooler and power supply based on its TDP. That's something I need to consider for the student's PC.

Absolutely. A good CPU cooler is essential for maintaining optimal performance, especially during turbo boost. And a reliable power supply with a high 80 PLUS efficiency rating can help save energy and reduce heat output.

Great points! Now, I'm more confident about choosing the Core i3-10320 for the student's PC. Thanks everyone!

No problem, @Detour7miles! Just remember to do your research on coolers and power supplies to ensure proper operation. Good luck with the build!
