I've been researching coolers for my new Intel i5-12600 CPU and I'm trying to decide between a few options. Any recommendations would be great!
Cooler Comparison for Intel i5-12600 - Top Choice?

Have you considered the stock cooler that comes with the CPU? It might be enough for most users.
@KadenReed, the stock cooler is okay but it can get quite noisy when running at maximum speed and doesn't perform as well under heavy workloads. I recently read a TechReviewer article Choosing the Best CPU Cooler for Intel's Core i5-12600 that discusses different coolers for the i5-12600 in detail. The Enermax Liqmax III 360 is a great liquid cooler, while the Noctua NH-D15 is a top-notch air cooler. You might want to check them out.
@Viklord17, thanks for sharing that article! I didn't know there were so many options available. Can you provide more information on these coolers? I'm particularly interested in noise levels and performance under heavy loads.
I've used the Noctua NH-D15 before, and it's an excellent air cooler. It's really quiet and performs well even under heavy loads. The only downside is that it might take up a bit more space on your motherboard, but that's a small trade-off for its performance.
That sounds good! What about the Enermax Liqmax III 360? How does it compare to the Noctua NH-D15?
The Enermax Liqmax III 360 is also an excellent choice. It offers great cooling performance and runs quieter than many air coolers. However, it's a bit more expensive than the Noctua NH-D15.
Great! Thanks for all the information. I'll take a look at both options and see which one fits my budget and needs better.
Just remember that whatever cooler you choose, make sure it has a compatible mounting bracket for your LGA 1700 socket.
Good point @KadenReed. Thanks again everyone for the advice! I think I'll start by checking out the TechReviewer article Choosing the Best CPU Cooler for Intel's Core i5-12600 that @Viklord17 mentioned to get more insight into these coolers.
