Any advice on the best budget soundbar for my new TCL 75Q750G TV? I want something that won't break the bank but still offers good quality audio.
Budget Soundbar for TCL 75Q750G?
Started by RuckyGren on June 18, 2024
I recently bought a Polk Audio Signa S4 Ultra-Slim Sound Bar. It's affordable and has HDMI audio support, optical support, and Bluetooth connectivity. The sound is great for the price. Check out this TechReviewer article Best Soundbars for the TCL 75" 75Q750G TV for some more options.
Thanks @Livinglifelite. I was also considering the Sony HT-A5000 5.1.2ch Dolby Atmos Sound Bar Surround Sound Home Theater but it seems a bit pricey for my budget. Any thoughts on that one?
The Sony HT-A5000 is definitely more expensive, but it offers superior audio quality and advanced features like Dolby Atmos support. If your budget allows, it might be worth considering. However, the Polk Audio Signa S4 is still a great option for those looking for an affordable soundbar.
I've had a good experience with the Vizio M-Series soundbar as well. It's reasonably priced and has a good balance between quality and affordability.
Thanks for all the suggestions, @Livinglifelite and @StructurallySound. I'll definitely check out the Polk Audio Signa S4 and the Vizio M-Series. Any advice on how to connect these soundbars to my TCL 75Q750G TV?
To connect your soundbar to the TCL 75Q750G, you can use an optical cable or an HDMI ARC/eARC cable. Just make sure your soundbar has the corresponding input for each type of cable.
@Livinglifelite, does the TCL 75Q750G support ARC/eARC? I'd like to get the best audio quality possible.
Yes, the TCL 75Q750G TV supports eARC. This will allow you to pass through high-quality audio signals from your soundbar to your TV for an improved experience.
I've found that using Bluetooth can also be a convenient option if you don't need to pass through video signals. It's wireless and easy to connect to other devices.
That's good to know, @Livinglifelite and @StructurallySound. I'll definitely consider the Bluetooth connectivity feature as well. Thanks for all your help!
One more question, does anyone have experience with adding a subwoofer to their soundbar setup? Is it worth it?
I added a subwoofer to my Vizio M-Series setup and it made a huge difference. The extra bass really enhanced the overall audio experience.
I agree with @StructurallySound. Adding a subwoofer can significantly improve the bass quality and overall sound of your setup. It's definitely worth considering if you enjoy deep, impactful bass.
Great, thanks for all the advice! I think I'll go ahead and get the Polk Audio Signa S4 and a subwoofer. Thanks again, everyone!
@RuckyGren, I'm glad you found something that works for you. Good luck with your new setup!
