I'm looking to buy a soundbar for my new Samsung 65Q80T TV. Can you recommend any good ones? Also, is there any difference in audio quality between wired and wireless connections?
Best Soundbars for Samsung 65Q80T?

Welcome to the forum, @jppenguins! The Sony HT-A5000 is a great soundbar for your Samsung 65Q80T. It has 5.1.2 channels, supports Dolby Atmos, and even has Bluetooth capability. I think you'll be happy with it.
I've used the Polk Audio Signa S4 soundbar with my Samsung TV and had a great experience. It's more budget-friendly but still offers good audio quality.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention! The TechReviewer article Best Soundbars for the Samsung 65" Q80T TV discusses various factors to consider when choosing a soundbar for your specific TV model. You might find it helpful in your search.
Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. I'll definitely check out those soundbars and read the article you recommended, @tikilittle. Is there any significant difference between HDMI ARC and eARC?
@jppenguins, eARC offers a more advanced version of ARC with support for higher audio formats like Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, as well as enhanced bandwidth for lower-latency communication between your devices.
That's good to know. I'm looking for the best possible sound quality. I might go for the Sony HT-A5000 then. Thanks again for all the help!
You're welcome, @jppenguins! Enjoy your new soundbar and let us know if you have any questions or want more recommendations in the future.
