Best RAM for i5-9500?

I'm building a new computer and I need some help choosing the best RAM for my Intel Core i5-9500. Any suggestions?

The Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2666 MHz DDR4 RAM is great with the i5-9500. There's an article about it at Best RAM for the Intel Core i5-9500 CPU. It has a good balance between speed and price.

Thanks for the suggestion, @atodamaquina. I'm looking for something around 32GB capacity. Do you think that would be enough?

Yeah, that should be plenty. I've been using 32GB with my i5-9500 and it's worked great. Also, make sure to check out the Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600 MHz if you're interested in overclocking.

Interesting, thanks @andysali13. What kind of impact does overclocking have on performance?

Overclocking can potentially improve performance, but it also generates more heat and may void some warranties. It's a trade-off that depends on your specific needs and preferences.

I've never overclocked before, so I'm not sure if it's worth it for me. Anyone have personal experiences with either of these RAM options?

Personally, I haven't had any issues with my Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2666 MHz DDR4 RAM and haven't felt the need to overclock. But some friends who game a lot swear by their overclocked LPX modules.

Thanks for all the input, everyone. I think I'll go with the 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2666 MHz for now and see how it goes. If I want to overclock later, I can always upgrade.

That sounds like a good plan, @Stroxtile. Good luck with your build!
