I'm looking to buy some new RAM for my gaming PC. I've been considering the OLOy Blade RGB. Has anyone had experience with it? Any recommendations?

For gaming, you should aim for at least an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 for the CPU, and for GPUs, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series or AMD Radeon RX 6000 series would be a good choice. Check out this TechReviewer article Overview: OLOy Blade RGB 32 GB DDR4-3200 CL16 RAM for more information on recommended CPUs and GPUs for gaming.

Yeah, I used the OLOy Blade RGB White 32 GB DDR4-3200 CL16 RAM (model MD4U1632162BRWDE) for a while and found it to be quite good for gaming. Check out this TechReviewer article Overview: OLOy Blade RGB 32 GB DDR4-3200 CL16 RAM for more detailed insights on its performance. The effective frequency of 3200 MHz, capacity of 32 GB, and latency of 10 ns make it suitable for most gamers.

I've also used the OLOy Blade RGB RAM, and it worked well with my gaming setup. The 3200 MHz speed definitely made a difference in some of my more demanding games. However, keep in mind that having a good CPU and GPU is just as important for optimal performance.

That's true! I've heard that the Blade RGB has pretty low timings, too. How did those affect your gaming experience?

The 16-18-18-36 timings were indeed impressive, but I wouldn't say they made a significant difference in my gaming performance compared to other factors like CPU and GPU. They do contribute to faster access times and superior performance, though.

I've been using the OLOy Blade RGB RAM for a few months now, and it's definitely good for gaming. The 3200 MHz speed makes it great for fast-paced games, but don't forget about the importance of having a solid GPU to support it.

Thanks for all the input, guys! It seems like the OLOy Blade RGB is a decent choice for gaming. I'll also make sure to focus on getting a good CPU and GPU as well. Any recommendations on what to look for in those?
