Best Monitor Mounts for Dell S2421HS?

I've recently purchased a new Dell S2421HS monitor and I'm looking for suggestions on the best monitor mount to use with it. Any recommendations would be great!

I've been using the AVLT Single Monitor Arm Desk Mount for a 13 to 43 inch monitor, and it has been working well for me. The adjustability is great, and it's also quite sturdy. You might want to consider this one as well.
