Best Coolers for AMD Ryzen 7 5800?

I've recently built a PC with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800 CPU and I'm looking for the best cooler to keep it cool. Any recommendations? I've read that air or liquid coolers are both good options, but I don't know which one to go for.
