The Noctua NH-D15 is an excellent air cooler for the i7-11700. It's known for its high-quality performance and quiet operation. The TechReviewer article Choosing the Best CPU Cooler for Intel's Core i7-11700 also discusses various air coolers in detail.

I'd recommend checking out the TechReviewer article Choosing the Best CPU Cooler for Intel's Core i7-11700 for an in-depth comparison of various AIO coolers compatible with the i7-11700.

Based on my personal experience, the Enermax Liqmax III 360 is a reliable choice. It's quiet and can handle the heat produced by the i7-11700 without any issues.

What about air-coolers? Are they a good alternative to AIO coolers?

Great, thanks! I'm leaning towards getting an AIO cooler since I don't have much space on my desk for a large air-cooler. Can you tell me more about the Enermax Liqmax III 360?

Sure! The Enermax Liqmax III 360 is compatible with the LGA 1200 socket, which fits the i7-11700 perfectly. It has a TDP of 360 watts and operates quietly at just 14-27 dBA. I've found it to be efficient in heat dissipation under heavy workloads.

What about maintenance? Are AIO coolers like the Enermax Liqmax III 360 easy to maintain?

In terms of maintenance, closed-loop coolers like the Enermax Liqmax III 360 are generally low-maintenance. You don't need to worry about refilling coolant or replacing parts as often as with open-loop coolers.

That's good to know! So, does anyone have any personal anecdotes or tips for using AIO coolers?

I once had an issue with a friend's computer overheating due to a faulty AIO cooler. It was a learning experience, and we ended up replacing it with the Enermax Liqmax III 360, which has been running smoothly ever since.

I've had a similar experience. I switched from an open-loop cooler to an AIO cooler for my i7-11700, and the performance improvement was noticeable. The lower noise levels were also a welcomed change.

Thanks for all the input! Based on this discussion, I think I'll go with the Enermax Liqmax III 360. I appreciate your help!
