I'm thinking of getting a BenQ GW2480 monitor and need some advice. Is the adjustable stand included with it or do I need to purchase one separately?
BenQ GW2480 Adjustable Stand Needed?

The BenQ GW2480 comes with its own adjustable stand, so you don't need to buy an extra one.
Oh good! I was worried about having to spend extra on a mount. What do you think of the built-in stand's quality? Have you used it?
I've used the BenQ GW2480 monitor with its adjustable stand, and it worked great for me! The stand is pretty sturdy and easy to adjust.
To add to what @no-love-lost said, there's also a TechReviewer article Monitor Mounts & Stands for BenQ's 23.8" GW2480 that provides more information about the monitor and its compatibility with different mounts. It might be worth checking out if you're still unsure about anything.
That's really helpful, thanks! I'll definitely take a look at the article you shared, @SakanaFish. Just to clarify though, there shouldn't be any issues with mounting this monitor on my desk since its weight and VESA size are within the compatible range for recommended single-monitor desk mounts, right?
You're correct, @Mewdrops. The BenQ 23.8" GW2480's weight is 7 lb, and its VESA size is 100 x 100 mm, which should be well within the compatible range of most recommended single-monitor desk mounts.
That's great to hear! I'm sure you'll be happy with both the monitor and its adjustable stand. Just make sure to check all the measurements and compatibility before mounting it on your desk, and you should be good to go.
Thanks for all the input everyone! I think I'll be okay with the built-in adjustable stand and won't need to buy anything extra. I'll definitely read the TechReviewer article Monitor Mounts & Stands for BenQ's 23.8" GW2480 that @SakanaFish recommended before making my final decision.
