Hey @massiveart, I'm glad you're enjoying your BenQ EL2870U. I recently read an article about these two monitors on TechReviewer BenQ 28" EL2870U vs. Asus 28" VP28UQGL. It's a pretty comprehensive comparison and might help you guys decide which one is better for gaming.

Yeah, I've been using the BenQ EL2870U for a couple of months now and it's great! It has a 4K resolution which makes everything look so clear and crisp. The response time is also really fast, so no ghosting issues at all.

Thanks @SlayerSystems! That sounds helpful, I'll definitely check it out. The 4K resolution does seem like a big plus, but what about the refresh rate? How important is that for gaming?

Well, I personally haven't noticed any issues with the 60Hz refresh rate on my BenQ monitor. But in the article @SlayerSystems mentioned, they say that higher refresh rates can make a noticeable difference, especially in fast-paced games.

That's true, I've had a similar experience with my gaming setup. A higher refresh rate provides smoother motion and less input lag, which is crucial when you're in the middle of an intense game session. In my opinion, both of these monitors are good options, but it really depends on your personal preferences and budget.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! I think I'll take a closer look at the TechReviewer article BenQ 28" EL2870U vs. Asus 28" VP28UQGL that @SlayerSystems mentioned. It might help me decide between these two monitors and also give me an idea of what other features to consider when choosing a gaming monitor.
