I'm looking to get a new monitor and I was wondering if the BenQ 27" PD2700Q is any good. Anyone have experience with it?
BenQ 27" PD2700Q - Good Response Time?
Started by mynameislucas on July 11, 2024
Yeah, I've been using one for a couple of months now! It works great for gaming. The response time is 4 ms which makes it feel really smooth.
That's interesting. But isn't the refresh rate only 60Hz? Wouldn't that cause some input lag or stutters in fast-paced games?
Well, I've been using a BenQ PD2700Q for a while now and it works great! The TechReviewer article Is the BenQ 27" PD2700Q Good for Gaming? provides an overview of its performance. In my experience, the refresh rate is decent enough for most games, but you might notice some slight stutters in very fast-paced games.
Thanks for sharing your experiences! How does it handle high-quality graphics? Do you have any problems with image quality?
I've been using one as well and I can say that the 2560x1440 resolution really makes a difference. The colors are vibrant, and everything looks crisp and clear. As for handling high-quality graphics, it's handled everything I've thrown at it without any issues.
I've noticed that the SRGB coverage is 100%, which should provide accurate colors. However, if you're doing a lot of photo or video editing work, you might want to look into monitors with wider color gamuts.
Great info, guys! Thanks for sharing your experiences and knowledge about this monitor. I'll definitely check it out in person before making my decision.
Absolutely! It's always good to try out a few different ones to see what feels right for you. Good luck with your search, @mynameislucas!
