I'm thinking about getting a new gaming monitor and I've been looking at the Asus ProArt PA329CV and PA329C. Has anyone here used either of them? Any advice would be great!
Asus ProArt PA329CV vs. PA329C Gaming Performance?

I've had the PA329CV for a couple months now, and it's been working pretty well for me! The colors are really vibrant, and I haven't experienced any ghosting issues.
Hey @choochoogirl, I recently wrote an article about these two monitors on TechReviewer. You can find some in-depth comparisons there Asus 32" ProArt PA329CV vs. Asus 32" ProArt PA329C. It might help you make a more informed decision!
Thanks for the suggestion, @jdthunderhawk. I'll definitely check out that article! The color reproduction seems like a huge factor for me since I do a lot of graphic design work as well.
I've used the PA329C and found it to be great for gaming. The 98% DCI-P3 color capability really stands out, making every game look incredibly vibrant and immersive.
That's awesome, @Chreativ. I was leaning more towards the PA329CV because of the higher SRGB percentage, but the DCI-P3 rating for the PA329C is definitely a strong point in its favor!
Yeah, I'm starting to see that. It seems like both monitors have their own strengths and weaknesses. Do you think the 60 Hz refresh rate would be an issue for gaming, though? I've heard higher rates provide a smoother experience.
That's true, @choochoogirl. While a higher refresh rate can offer a more responsive experience, it doesn't necessarily mean that a 60 Hz monitor is a bad choice. Many gamers are happy with the performance of their 60 Hz monitors for gaming purposes. It really comes down to personal preference and your specific needs.
I agree with @jdthunderhawk. For me, the PA329CV's 100% SRGB rating was more important than having a higher refresh rate. But if you're looking for a smoother experience, then maybe the PA329C's DCI-P3 color capability might be worth considering.
Alright, I appreciate the advice! It sounds like I should try both out in person and see which one I prefer. Thanks for all the input!
