I've been using the Asus 24" MG248QR for a couple of months now, and it's been great! The image quality is fantastic, and the screen size is perfect for my work.
Hey, glad to hear you're enjoying your monitor, @nancytcollins. As for stands, have you seen this TechReviewer article about some recommended options? It might help with your decision. Monitor Mounts & Stands for Asus's 24" MG248QR
Thanks, @hardinMI! I'll definitely check that out. Just out of curiosity, did you find any particular stand to be more convenient or better overall?
That's great to hear, @nancytcollins. I'm especially interested in single monitor desk mounts since they can save space and offer adjustable viewing angles. Are there any specific ones you'd recommend for the Asus 24" MG248QR?
I've been using a HUANUO Single Monitor Stand Desk Mount with my Asus 24" MG248QR, and it's been working great for me. The setup was pretty straightforward, and I love how adjustable it is.
Thanks for the input, @OlliverClosoff. It sounds like the HUANUO stand might be a good option for me. I'm just worried about the weight capacity since my monitor is relatively lightweight compared to some others.
Hey, don't worry too much about that, @gemcubed. Most of the recommended stands in that TechReviewer article should have no problem supporting your monitor's weight. They're all designed to handle a variety of weights and sizes.
That's good to know, @lunapopdrop. I'm also considering getting a wall mount for my setup since it would free up some desk space. What do you think about that option?
Wall mounts are definitely an option to consider, @nancytcollins. They provide great stability and can be a good choice if you have the necessary tools and skills to install them.
Just remember that wall mounts might require some DIY work, so make sure you're up for it before committing. It's always better to choose an option that fits your skill set and preferences.
Thanks for all the advice everyone! I think I'll start by looking into the HUANUO stand since it seems like a popular choice. I'll also keep wall mounts in mind if things don't work out as expected.
Good luck with your decision, @gemcubed! Let us know how it goes once you've made up your mind and set everything up.
