AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D vs. Intel Core i7-11700F for Video Editing?

I'm looking to get a new CPU for video editing and I was wondering if the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D is better than the Intel Core i7-11700F. Any advice?
