AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D vs. Intel Core i7-10700K for Multitasking

I recently purchased a new gaming PC and am struggling to decide between the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Intel Core i7-10700K. I mainly use my computer for multitasking, streaming, and light programming projects. Does anyone have experience with these processors and could give me some advice?
