AMD Ryzen 9 7950X vs. Intel Core i9-13900F for Video Editing

I'm looking for some advice on choosing the best CPU for video editing between the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X and Intel Core i9-13900F. I've heard great things about both of them, but I'm not sure which one would be better for my needs.
