AMD Ryzen 9 7950X vs. Intel Core i5-10600K for Gaming?

I'm looking at getting either an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X or an Intel Core i5-10600K for my gaming setup. Can anyone provide some insights on which one would be better?

Personally, I think the Ryzen 9 7950X is a great choice for gaming. The additional cores and higher boost frequency should give you better performance overall.
