AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D vs. Intel Core i5-14400F for Streaming?

I've been looking into a new CPU for streaming and was wondering if the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D is worth it compared to the Intel Core i5-14400F. Has anyone tried either of these?
