AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D vs AMD Ryzen 7 5700X - Better Gaming CPU?

I've been looking at getting a new gaming PC and I'm trying to decide between the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D and the AMD Ryzen 7 5700X. Has anyone here used either of these processors in their builds? Any advice would be appreciated!
