AMD Ryzen 9 7900 vs. Intel Core i9-12900KS for Multitasking?

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU for better multitasking capabilities. I've been comparing the AMD Ryzen 9 7900 and Intel Core i9-12900KS, but I can't decide which one would be best. Can anyone share their experience or recommendations?
