AMD Ryzen 9 7900 vs Intel Core i7-14700KF Multitasking Performance?

I'm looking for some advice on which CPU would be better for multitasking. I've been researching between the AMD Ryzen 9 7900 and Intel Core i7-14700KF, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer. Any suggestions?
